All sales are final
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, it is not refundable, in whole or in part. This includes subscriptions, prepaid credits, one-off generations and any usage-based charges. Once bought, it is bought.
Because MakePerfectAds produces AI video ads on demand — each generation consumes real compute and third-party model costs the moment you request it — a completed generation is a delivered digital service and cannot be returned.
No refunds for unused time or credits
- We do not refund unused subscription time if you cancel partway through a billing period. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; it does not renew after that.
- We do not refund unused credits or quota.
- We do not refund charges because an ad did not meet your expectations. AI output can vary, and you review and approve the creative direction before any paid generation runs.
Cancelling
You can stop future charges at any time by cancelling before your next billing date. Cancelling stops renewals going forward; it does not refund a charge that has already been made.
The only exceptions
To the extent required by applicable law, we will correct a charge in these narrow cases:
- A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge (for example, you were billed twice for the same thing).
- A confirmed failure on our side where you were charged but the paid service could not be delivered at all because of a fault in our system — and the failure was not caused by your inputs, your account, or a third-party model declining the request.
These are the only circumstances in which we issue a correction, and nothing in this policy removes rights you may have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at [support email to be confirmed] so we can look into it. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
During the beta
MakePerfectAds is currently an invite-only beta and payments are not yet enabled — there is nothing to pay for and nothing to refund right now. This policy is published in advance so the terms are clear before paid plans launch. When paid plans are introduced, the price, what you get, and this refund policy will be shown before you are asked to pay.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version in effect when you make a purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. The "updated" date above shows when this page last changed.
