Rights in imported pages and images

When you import a website or product link, or upload a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to that material or have permission to use it for your ad. MakePerfectAds reads the pages you submit and uses the text and images to plan and generate your ad. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use every page and image you provide, and for the ad you create from them.

Notice and takedown

If you believe content imported or generated through MakePerfectAds infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [support email to be confirmed]. Your notice should include:

1. Your name and contact details.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
3. A description of the material you say is infringing, and enough information for us to locate it (for example a link or the account involved).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.
6. Your signature (physical or electronic).

We will review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the material.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice to [support email to be confirmed] with: your contact details; a description of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty where applicable, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your signature. We may restore the material unless the original complainant takes further action.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or end the access of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
