The terms for using MakePerfectAds, an invite-only beta AI video ad generator: your account, acceptable use, content rights, disclaimers and liability.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [legal name to be confirmed] ("we", "us", "our") for your use of MakePerfectAds, an AI video ad generator. MakePerfectAds is offered as an invite-only beta. Access is granted in small groups and may be limited, changed, paused or withdrawn. Some capabilities roll out to invited users during the beta, and some features are coming at launch. Because this is a beta, the service may change, have gaps, or be unavailable at times.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us at [support email to be confirmed] if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Your use of MakePerfectAds must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Breaking that policy is a breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you submit — the links, pages, text and images you provide — and for the claims your ads make. You must have permission to use the material you import or upload, and you must be able to support every claim in your ad (for example about a product, price or result). We do not verify your rights or your claims for you.
Ads are generated by AI from the inputs you provide. AI output can contain mistakes, inaccuracies or unexpected results, and our automatic checks do not judge persuasiveness or legal compliance. You must review every ad before you publish or use it, and you are responsible for the final ad. We provide the service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
MakePerfectAds produces video ads; it does not publish them to any platform or measure their performance. We do not guarantee any advertising outcome — no views, engagement, reach, sales or return on spend. The brand name is a name, not a promise.
We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we may limit or interrupt the service for maintenance, security or other operational reasons. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as content responsibility, disclaimers, liability limits and governing law) will survive.
As between you and us, you own the inputs you submit. Subject to any third-party rights in the material you provide and to these Terms, you own the ad outputs MakePerfectAds generates for you from those inputs. We and our licensors own the MakePerfectAds service, software and brand; nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your inputs and deliver the service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (and, as the beta is provided free of charge, this may be zero). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
