What you must not do

You must not use MakePerfectAds to create, generate or submit content that:

• Impersonates any person, business or organisation, or falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship.
• Makes misleading or unsupported claims, including misleading health, medical, financial or investment claims, or any claim you cannot substantiate.
• Infringes someone else's rights, including copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other intellectual-property rights.
• Is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Is hateful, harassing or discriminatory against people based on protected characteristics.
• Is sexual or sexually explicit, or sexualises minors in any way.
• Is political or election-related. Political, electoral and social-issue ads are not permitted during the beta.

Follow each platform's policies

You are responsible for complying with the advertising policies of every platform where you run your ad, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and YouTube. MakePerfectAds does not publish ads to these platforms or check them against platform policies for you; approval and compliance are your responsibility.

Your responsibility for inputs and claims

You must have the rights to the material you import or upload, and you must be able to support the claims in your ads. See our Terms of Service and Copyright Policy.

Consequences

If you break this policy, we may remove content, limit features, and suspend or end your access, with or without notice, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities where required. See Suspension and termination in our Terms.
